Q. I've already registered a domain name, but not sure what to do next.

We can design your site and arrange the webhosting to work with the domain name you have registered. The company you have registered the domain with will provide some facility to administer your domain. We can talk you through the procedure.

Q. So the package includes a .co.uk domain name, and first year web hosting? What running costs do I have on top of that?

At the end of the first year you will need to renew the webhosting part of the package. This is currently £20 per year. At the end of two years you will need to renew the domain name, this is approximately £10 for two years for a .co.uk domain.

Q. What if i need my website updating, or things changing as my business changes?

You are free to request any reasonable changes to your website, free of charge, during the first 28 days from the go-live date. However after this date we will galdly make updates to your site whenever you wish, and charge only for our time, at £15 per hour (minimum charge £15).

Q. How long does it take for you to design a site?

This is generally dictated by you. If you have deadline we will endevour to meet it. But generally it takes approx 20 working hours to finalise a 5 or 6 page site, but can vary depending on complexity.

Q How do manage my project and how do i communicate with you.?

You can keep in contant communcation during the project by email, phone or both. Obviously we realise that sometimes it is much easier to communicate or solve an issue in a 5 minute phone call, that may otherwise take several emails, and are happy for you to contact us in this way.

Q. What domain name should i choose?

That's entirely up to you. But genearlly one that isn't to confusing and easy to describe over the phone. You can suggest serveral and we can help you pick one , based upon availability and suitability.

Q. I would prefer a .com domain name but your package only includes a .co.uk name.

You can swap to a more expensive .com domain name for an extra £20
